Staff Business Intelligence Analyst PLM

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) reporting within an enterprise Data & Analytics organization. This role partners closely with product, operations, and technology stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact operational and transactional insights. The ideal candidate blends strong technical BI expertise with the ability to translate complex product data into clear, actionable reporting.Worksite Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Mon-Thurs in-office; Friday WFH)Pay Rangeup to $121K base salary + annual bonus + profit sharing bonus + 401k + pensionNo work visa sponsorship available; no C2C, thank youBenefits:Base salary + bonus potentialMedical, dental, visionPension planProfit sharing401(k)Relocation assistancepaid personal time (PTO)FREE two-year community/technical college tuition for children of employees, and moreRoles & ResponsibilitiesPartner with PLM functional and technical teams to understand end-to-end product lifecycle processes and translate business needs into reporting solutionsElicit, document, and refine reporting requirements through stakeholder collaboration and iterative feedback cyclesDesign, build, test, and deploy operational and transactional dashboards and reports supporting product development, change management, and product data governanceOwn PLM reporting initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to improve transparency, automation, and data quality across product processesTroubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing BI assets, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with evolving business requirementsEnsure reporting solutions meet performance expectations and incorporate automation where appropriate (scheduled delivery, bursting, or event-based distribution)Develop analyses and dashboards using PLM-related subject areas with a focus on usability, scalability, and performanceCreate intuitive filters, prompts, and drill-through functionality to support both standard and ad-hoc analysisConfigure scheduled delivery and automated distribution of reports and dashboardsBuild and optimize BI data models using complex SQL across PLM and related enterprise data sourcesDevelop formatted reports aligned to product structures, engineering changes, and development milestonesTune queries and reporting solutions to ensure reliable performance on small-to-medium data setsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience4+ years of experience designing and developing within a business intelligence/reporting tool like OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytics Server, or Oracle Analytics Cloud4+ years of experience designing and delivering solutions within enterprise BI and reporting platforms in support of Product Lifecycle Management reporting and analytics use casesStrong ability to gather technical and business requirements and own BI solutions from concept through productionExperience facilitating discussions, leading working sessions, or coordinating delivery efforts across teamsProven analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyClear, confident written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiencesAuthorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorshipPreferred Skills & ExperienceAdvanced SQL expertise, including analytical and window functionsPrior exposure to cloud-based PLM platforms and their underlying data models (e.g., item master, BOMs, engineering changes)Experience with SQL performance tuning and optimizationWorking knowledge of data governance, master data management, or product data stewardship practicesAbout VersiqueVersique: /ver-seek/ adj. being both versatile and unique; n. a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions.
