Kändi is seeking energetic, friendly, and reliable Team Members to join our growing candy store team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, interacting with customers, and taking pride in an organized, visually appealing space. Team Members play a key role in creating an exceptional in-store experience while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them build candy mixesCreate a fun, welcoming, and high-energy environment that reflects the Kändi brandOperate the POS system accurately, including cash handling and card transactionsRefill candy bins frequently, rotate product, and ensure all displays look full, clean, and organizedLift, carry, and move boxes of candy and supplies regularly (must be comfortable lifting 30–40 lbs)Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling candy and packaging productsUpsell products and promotions in a natural, friendly way to enhance the customer experienceMaintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, bins, scoops, and storage areas throughout the shiftAssist with inventory organization, back-stock management, and restocking deliveriesWork closely with team members to keep the store running efficiently during busy periodsRequirements & QualificationsFriendly, outgoing, and energetic personality with strong people skillsExcellent customer service mindset—being positive and engaging is a mustAbility to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with repetitive tasks such as refilling bins, organizing inventory, and standing for long periodsBasic math skills for handling cash and transactionsAbility to lift and move heavy items throughout the shiftPrevious experience in food service, retail, grocery, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not requiredWhy Work at Kändi?Fun, upbeat work environmentOpportunity to grow with a unique and expanding brandHands-on role where your effort directly impacts the customer experienceJoin us as a Team Member where you can grow your skills while contributing to an exciting team atmosphere!
