Cloud Security EngineerMUST HAVE A SOLID LINKEDIN PROFILE.Multi-year contract100% remoteClient job description:Define and create Information Security engineering standards, artifacts, design patterns and technical specification documents.Provide Engineering expertise across all Microsoft products, with focus on Azure, M-365 (Email, Conditional Access, Security and Compliance centre, SharePoint online, OneDrive and teams), Network, VNET, NSG, etc.Take ownership and create Low Level Design (LLD) and operational run books based on the level 1 architecture design.Knowledge on Secure SDLC and Threat Modelling to ensure security posture of applications.Participate in troubleshooting design level issues.Assess, monitor and recommend improvements to the global Microsoft security architecture to improve security posture, mitigate risks and balance costs.Apply cloud security skills to provide security services to build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data and assets across Microsoft cloud environments.Designs and collaborates on solutions that balance business requirements with information security requirements.Proactively identifies technical and architectural risks, commenting and/or providing alternatives for improvement.Collaborate and partner with various key stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment with the overall intended design.Partner with architects, engineers and operational staff within infrastructure, network, application and business teams to ensure that solutions are developed and managed as per GCIS policies and standards.
