This role involves applying engineered materials onto finely manufactured components using screen printing equipment. If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy hands-on technical work in a structured production environment, this is a great opportunity to build skills in a unique and growing process. What You'll DoSet up and operate screen printing equipment to meet production schedules Handle specialized materials, including storage, application, and recovery Inspect coating quality (coverage, weight, uniformity) Support equipment upkeep alongside Engineering and Maintenance Track material usage and maintain lot control accuracy Clean screens and work areas to prevent contamination What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing experience preferred (screen printing, coating, or similar processes a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Comfortable working hands-on with materials and equipment Work EnvironmentPPE required (gloves, smocks, etc.) Handling of specialized or chemical materials Repetitive, process-driven work with a focus on precision Salary Range: $17.50-$25.00/hour This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $17.50/hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
