Sales Manager - Lines
Biesse is seeking a driven and commercially focused Sales Lines Wood Manager to support the growth of our Wood Lines business across the Americas market. This role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships, driving sales performance, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence and profitability within the Lines business segment.Reporting directly to the Sales Lines Wood Director, this position plays a key role in executing commercial strategies, supporting key accounts, and contributing to overall business growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with strategic customers and existing Wood Lines accounts across the Americas region (US and Canada).Drive sales performance by analyzing business results, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing corrective actions where needed.Develop territory action plans and commercial strategies to increase sales volume and market penetration.Partner with the Sales Lines Wood Director on marketing initiatives and commercial development activities to strengthen business performance.Achieve order entry, revenue, and margin objectives within assigned areas of responsibility.Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.Support continuous improvement of commercial effectiveness through market analysis and customer engagement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.5–7+ years of experience in Lines sales, key account management, or industrial equipment sales.Experience working within multinational organizations and distributor networks preferred.Preferred Skills & ExperienceProven success managing sales activities focused on Wood materials and key accounts.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales and margin targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and reporting platforms.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international business environment.
