This role focuses on hands-on engineering, requiring deep expertise in SPFX, React, JavaScript, Power Platform, and PowerShell—not traditional SharePoint administration.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong coding capabilities, extensive Power Platform experience, and the ability to independently deliver complex enterprise solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy advanced SharePoint solutions using SPFX and ReactBuild and customize PnP web parts and implement scalable front-end architecturesDevelop and manage Power Platform applications (Canvas & Model-driven apps)Create complex Power Automate workflows, including AI-integrated flowsWrite and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for automation and system tasksImplement and manage SharePoint document management systems, including permissions and securityIntegrate applications using Microsoft Graph APIs and Azure servicesContribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools for application lifecycle managementDevelop and implement Copilot, bots, and AI agents for business solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards of code quality and performanceRequired Technical SkillsStrong experience in SPFX development with React frameworkAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript and React (hands-on coding required)Expertise in Power Platform:Deep understanding of Canvas vs. Model-driven appsExperience building 13–15+ applications over 2–3 yearsAdvanced PowerShell scripting capabilitiesStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online (document management, permissions, security)Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs and Azure ecosystemHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)Knowledge and implementation of AI solutions (Copilot, bots, automation agents)Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft 365 Solution Developer CertificationUI/UX or JavaScript-related certificationsProven experience across multiple Microsoft technologies
