DescriptionSwitchboard is seeking an Executive Admin on behalf of our client, a successful local restauranteur and entrepreneur with multiple thriving businesses. If you've lived the restaurant life — the pace, the pivots, the "figure it out now" energy — and you're ready to trade the nights, weekends, and holidays for a role that actually uses everything you learned, this one's worth a serious look.This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a high-energy operator who moves fast and expects the people around them to do the same. You'll touch everything from invoicing and vendor communications to general administrative support — and no two days will look exactly alike. They've built a reputation for operational excellence and a fast-moving, high-touch culture where the right people thrive.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative support to the owner/operator across multiple business entitiesManage invoicing processes and ensure accurate, timely follow-throughHandle vendor communications, including coordination, follow-up, and relationship managementMaintain calendars, appointments, and schedules with precisionAnticipate needs and stay a step ahead — proactive support over reactive task completionManage a high volume of communication with professionalismAssist with document preparation, record keeping, and general business administrationTake on special projects and emerging priorities with a flexible, can-do attitudeQualificationsPrior administrative, executive assistant, or operations support experienceBackground in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred; equivalent combinations of fast-paced operations experience consideredExceptional attention to detail — things don't fall through the cracks on your watchHighly responsive and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with invoicing tools, basic bookkeeping concepts, and general business softwareNimble — you don't need a playbook for every situationDetailsCompensation: $25 – $40/hourThis is a Full-time, long term contract (1099) role in Denver, COOur Interview ProcessEmail Questionnaire: Our recruiting team reviews resumes and will invite qualified applicants to answer position specific questions via email. Recruiter Screen: Applicants who successfully respond to email questionnaire will be invited for a screening call with one of our recruiters. Assessments: Our top applicants will be invited to complete two pre-employment assessments (30 minutes) testing cognitive skills, speed, and accuracy. In-person Interview: Finalists will be invited to an onsite interviewFinal Interview: Final interview is a working interview (60 min) to show your skills
