Front Desk & Guest ExperienceGreet and assist employees, visitors, and candidates with a warm, professional presenceManage guest check-in process, including badge access and notifications to hostsCoordinate visitor logistics (room bookings, catering coordination, wayfinding)Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all timesWorkplace & Office Operations SupportSupport day-to-day office needs including supplies, snacks, and common area upkeepAssist with meeting room readiness (resets, basic AV checks, scheduling coordination)Partner with Workplace on office events and employee experience activationsMonitor and restock kitchens, copy areas, and shared spacesLight Facilities CoordinationSubmit and track basic facilities requests (lighting, HVAC, janitorial, maintenance)Act as an on-the-ground point of contact for vendors (cleaning, deliveries, repairs)Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify and escalate issues proactivelyHelp maintain workplace standards for safety, cleanliness, and organizationBasic IT / AV TroubleshootingEscalate technical issues to IT or AV when needed, ensuring proper follow-throughAdministrative SupportManage incoming mail, packages, and deliveriesSupport scheduling and coordination for small meetings or onsite activitiesMaintain internal documentation and workplace guides as neededWhat You Bring2 to 4+ years of experience in reception, office coordination, or workplace supportStrong customer service mindset with excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership of tasksComfortable with basic AV/IT troubleshooting or willingness to learnAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyMust be proficient in English, both spoken and writtenReliable transportation to the Bellevue / Eastside area and ability to pass a background checkNice to HaveExperience supporting a high-visibility or executive-facing officeFamiliarity with workplace tools (badge systems, room booking platforms, ticketing systems)Experience coordinating vendors or facilities requestsBilingual proficiency in a second languageThis is a full-time, Monday through Friday role with biweekly pay and training provided.
