Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details and wine pairings Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and manage guest flow efficiently Experience Prior restaurant experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability in fine dining or upscale food industry settings is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or busy restaurants Basic math skills for accurate check processing and cash handling Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, thrive in energetic environments, and possess the skills to excel in food service.
