Classover (NASDAQ: KIDZ)Classover is an AI-driven K–12 education company building a multi-product ecosystem across offline learning centers, STEM competition programs, and AI-powered education tools.We are hiring an AI-native Growth Marketing Lead to design and scale our growth systems across all business lines.This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine growth marketing + AI tools + system thinking to build scalable acquisition engines.What you will doBuild and scale AI-driven growth systems across multiple business lines (offline centers, homework tutor programs, AI learning products, robotics initiatives)Design and execute acquisition strategies across both online and offline channelsUse AI tools and agents to improve marketing workflows, including: content production, lead generation, campaign execution, segmentation, reporting & optimizationDevelop high-conversion marketing content (ads, landing pages, social content, video scripts, parent-facing messaging)Conduct market, user, and competitor research to define positioning and go-to-market strategyRun continuous experiments to improve CAC, conversion rate, and overall marketing efficiencyBuild repeatable growth playbooks and document scalable marketing systemsCollaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and education teams to align growth with business goalsWhat makes this role differentThis is not a campaign execution role.You will be building the AI-powered growth engine of the company — turning marketing into a scalable system, not manual work.You will define how we acquire users, scale campaigns, and use AI to improve marketing productivity.Who we are looking forExperience in growth marketing, performance marketing, marketing operations, or content-driven acquisitionStrong hands-on experience using AI tools in real marketing execution (not just experimentation)Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation, and data-driven growthAbility to create clear, persuasive, conversion-focused messagingStrong analytical + execution skills, with high ownership mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, 0?1 environmentPreferred experienceExperience in EdTech, consumer internet, subscription, or offline+online business modelsExperience building or optimizing multi-channel acquisition systemsFamiliarity with automation tools, AI agents, or marketing workflowsProven track record improving CAC, conversion rate, or campaign ROICompensationBase salary: $48,000-$70,000/yearPerformance-based bonus tied to growth outcomesHigh-ownership role with direct visibility to leadershipOpportunity to define AI-driven marketing systems from scratchVisa Support: CPT, OPT sponsorship available.
