Key responsibilities Design and implement innovative technologies and concepts for storage solutions Represent the company at industry forums and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders Manage resources and set direction for strategic technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of related experience Proven track record as a recognized technical contributor in the industry Extensive experience in systems engineering and product marketing Ability to lead major initiatives and projects with minimal supervision Strong network within the industry and acknowledgment as an expert by peers
