You'll work closely with the crew to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, making a tangible impact in the Marcola community.What You'll DoAs a Tree Service Worker, you will be responsible for:Picking up debris and maintaining a clean job site throughout the day.Performing tree trimming and pruning to support healthy growth and landscape aesthetics.Loading tree branches, debris, and tools into trucks and trailers.Assisting with the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure safety and efficiency.Operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and hand tools with safety in mind.Supporting the crew with outdoor tasks and equipment handling as needed.Following safety procedures and using proper personal protective equipment at all times.What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to stand and be on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift.Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions in Marcola, OR.Physical strength and stamina to bend, stoop, twist, and lift as required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Reliable transportation to and from work sites.Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.Basic construction skills are a plus, with experience in outdoor labor preferred.Why Join Us in Marcola?
