Property Manager (Part Time)
DescriptionThe Caleb Group, a growing and mission driven nonprofit, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated property manager to serve an elderly community in Nashua. Good rapport with residents is essential and previous supervisory experience of administrative and maintenance staff is required.Responsibilities IncludeMarketing, qualifying and leasing units to applicants; turnovers and move-outs; handling rent collections and eviction actions; overseeing routine maintenance and caretaking of building and units; maintaining a well-organized office; communication with residents and resolution of complaints and issues; handling emergency situations as needed.Skills & QualificationsHUD and LIHTC affordable experience requiredExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsKnowledgeable in Tenant/Landlord lawEthicalHighly organizedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in Yardi or other similar property management softwareThe position requires a moderate level of complexity and requires the ability to work independently.
