Urgent Hiring | Technical Support SpecialistWe are looking for a Technical Support Specialist – Construction to provide technical support, product training, and solutions assistance for construction technology products and solutions.Position: Technical Support Specialist – ConstructionLocation: Livermore, CAEmployment Type: Full-Time / ContractDomain: Construction / Geospatial TechnologyKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for Topcon, MAGNET, and other construction technology productsSupport customers through phone, email, and other channelsDeliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal teamsTroubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutionsSupport product subscriptions, licensing, and software servicesWork closely with field teams on product issues, updates, and best practicesMaintain technical knowledge through manufacturer training programsPrepare technical documentation, reports, and customer support materialsIdentify opportunities to improve customer support and product adoptionRequired Experience3+ years of experience in surveying, geospatial technology, construction technology, machine control, or a related technical fieldStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience providing technical support and product trainingStrong computer, software, and telephone support skillsExcellent technical documentation and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Topcon hardware/software and MAGNET solutions is highly preferredKnowledge of GNSS, Total Stations, Machine Control, or Geospatial technologies is a strong advantageWillingness to travel as requiredImportant: This is a Non-IT Construction Technology position.
