Job DescriptionDescription\nLeidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to support a high-visibility Intelligence Community customer within a challenging, dynamic, and mission-focused environment in the Virginia and Maryland area. The successful candidate will serve as a PM responsible for a Cost-Plus Award Fee contract, completion/deliverables based.   This position requires extensive previous experience as a Program Manager experience in the Intelligence Community.\nThe PM will collaborate with government stakeholders, program leadership, financial professionals, and cross-functional teams to support mission success.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLeadership & Program Management\n\nResponsible for management of all contract activities that impact Leidos’ ability to meet the Government’s requirements.\nAllocate and manage program resources, including staffing, facilities, budgets, recruitment and training (direct and indirect) on the contract.\nReview and approve Estimate to Complete, Contract Data Requirements (CDR) and other financial reports based on contractual requirements.\nReview risk and risk mitigation activities and report status to the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR).\nPrepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government COTR.  Communicate issues and solutions to the Government COTR.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor’s contracts staff.\nReview all financial and technical reports before release to the Government.\nEnsure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet Government needs.\nOversee financial performance, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Estimates to Complete (ETC), funds and labor reporting, and review/approval of all required financial deliverables.\nPresent Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to the customer.\n\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph required.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related subject. Minimum of 10 years of experience working within or directly supporting the Intelligence Community.\nMinimum 15 years’ experience in program/project management with programs of similar scope and size and/or complexity to include subcontract management experience.  \nDemonstrated experience supporting the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI/DNI).\nDemonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior government and contractor leadership.\nProven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.\nFamiliarity with a completion based/deliverables-based contract\nRelevant experience working with Intelligence Community organizations.\nProject Management certification (i.e. PMP) desired.\nMaster’s degree desired\n\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
