This is an opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization committed to improving care delivery and patient outcomes.Position OverviewThe Senior Provider Contracting & Compensation Analyst is a key contributor to the strategy and execution of provider compensation and contracting programs. This role supports the financial and operational oversight of physician agreements, develops compensation frameworks, and ensures all arrangements align with regulatory standards such as Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Fair Market Value (FMV).Working cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Physician Relations, and operational leaders, this individual helps design scalable compensation structures that support organizational growth and market competitiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport drafting, implementation, and maintenance of provider employment agreements and contractsAssist in building and managing physician compensation plans, including incentive structures and benchmarksAnalyze performance-based compensation programs and monitor achievement against defined goalsTrack and administer CME allowances and call coverage agreements, including associated paymentsParticipate in FMV analysis for provider compensation arrangementsSupport contract renewals, updates, and renegotiations as neededMaintain and monitor Professional Services Agreements (PSAs)Partner with leadership to review compensation models and provide regular updates and insightsDevelop and track provider performance metrics; contribute to quarterly and annual reportingPerform ongoing analysis and reconciliation of physician compensation dataCoordinate closely with Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation processingContribute to practice valuation and acquisition analysis, including business case developmentBuild compensation models to support growth initiatives and new practice integrationsLead annual compensation processes, including year-end calculations and periodic true-upsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyMaintain strong working relationships across internal teams, physicians, and external partnersSupport additional projects and initiatives as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in physician contracting and compensationStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and physiciansHigh level of analytical ability with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio); experience with databases a plusExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functionsProfessional, polished communication style with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
