Full Time - Parts AssociateHourly Compensation Rang: $22-$29 (depending on experiance)Location: Corinne, UtahCompany: K & K Bearing Sales, LLCPosition SummaryK & K Bearing Sales, LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Parts and Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers by providing product support, processing orders, sourcing industrial products, and ensuring a positive customer experience.The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in bearings, power transmission, industrial supplies, hydraulics, or maintenance-related products is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.Essential Job DutiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in traffic.Provide product recommendations, pricing, quotations, and order status updates.Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Source products from inventory, vendors, manufacturers, and distribution partners.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Assist customers with bearing, power transmission, and industrial supply solutions.Coordinate purchasing activities and communicate with suppliers regarding lead times and availability.Monitor customer backorders and proactively communicate updates.Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory when needed.Prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.Process returns, credits, and warranty claims as necessary.Support outside sales efforts by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.Maintain accurate customer and product information within company systems.Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous customer service, inside sales, industrial distribution, warehouse, or purchasing experience preferred.Experience with bearings, industrial supplies, maintenance, manufacturing, agriculture, or mechanical products is a plus.Ability to learn technical products and applications.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Basic math skills and ability to calculate pricing and margins.Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and business software systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience.Paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Family-oriented work environment.Hands-on training and development in the industrial supply industry.K & K Bearing Sales, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and values individuals who are motivated, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
