CNC Field Service Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The below list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.Install new CNC machine tool systems at customer facility (including all options and accessories on all machine types)Analyze findings to troubleshoot and determine source(s) of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or application issuesCoordinate problem resolution and recommend repair, replacement, and/or other corrective action for CNC machine toolsProvide on-site and remote support (telephone, email, etc.) to customers, distributors, and colleaguesProvide project management and training as requiredExecute other tasks related to trade show events, IMTS, etc.) and/or service support on an as-needed basisTravel Requirements: 90% - 100%, Monday through Friday with overnights and some weekendsPerforms other related duties as assigned.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
