Join Vibrint, where your career is a priority, and your future is our shared goal. ______________________________________________________________________ We are seeking an experienced Program Manager specializing in High-Performance Computing (HPC) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs that advance our HPC capabilities, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure successful execution of HPC-related projects. This role involves collaborating with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple HPC projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Define program objectives, project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment toward program goals. Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Track program performance, analyzing data to measure progress, and reporting on status to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate regular program status meetings, prepare detailed status reports, and present updates to stakeholders and executives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies. Ensure program adherence to established standards, policies, and best practices. Serve as a primary point of contact for all program-related matters, managing stakeholder expectations, and resolving conflicts. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience as program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Shall have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, and programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management. Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or a related field. Strong understanding of HPC architectures, parallel computing, cluster management, and related technologies. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with change management principles and practices. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required. The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates. The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
