We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a fun, fast-growing, collaborative opening crew to make the most popular drinks and roll ice cream around the world. Job Description: Sweet Monster is looking for friendly, professional, and motivated individuals interested in entry-level to management retail opportunities at our Oak Park location. Responsibilities: Ensuring high-level customer satisfaction all the time Operating cash registers to ring order for customers and process sales transactions Performing barista duties such as making tea drinks per customer order, make/refill toppings for bubble tea, hand drinks to customer accurately, etc. Make roll ice creams according to customer’s choice, decorate beautiful cute topping on ice cream to give wow effect to customers. Maintaining full stock levels on the retail floor Checking stock in storage and bring necessities to the retail floor few times a day Helping move and organize inventory when delivered Cleaning work areas everyday Requirements: Must be 17+ Available nights and weekends, flexible schedule Must be a fast learner Must be able to lift 50lbs Must be able to stand during shifts Punctual, reliable and responsive Able to work both independently and within a team Able to carry heavy boxes and restock retail floor Strong communication skills (writing and speaking) Passion for high quality goods Previous retail, barista, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required We are an "At Will Equal Opportunity Employer".
