This role is based in San Jose, CA. This is a full-time, on-site roleResponsibilities: Manage complex calendars and take charge of scheduling internal and external meetings, using insight and exercising judgment as neededArrange domestic and international travel, ensuring maximum time efficiency and effectivenessInteract with C-level executives and Board members to coordinate committee meetings and other business-critical interactionsManage external visitors including customersHandle business details of a highly confidential and critical natureManage department purchases on company credit card, reconcile monthly spendingProvide back-up support for other members of Bloom's administrative teamResolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsSkills and Experience:Minimum 10 years of Executive Assistance experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a Services/Sales/Marketing environmentHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required; College degree preferredMust be able to multi-task and prioritize workloadAbility to speak clearly and succinctly relative to needs, questions, goals, etc.Must be direct in asking for clarification, guidance, opinions etc. of the executive to ensure deliverables are met on-time and on-targetDeep knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), videoconferencing tools, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
