Dave’s Hot Chicken adds an upbeat vibe to the hospitality of a traditional chicken sandwich restaurant. With simple operations, DHC serves chicken sandwiches and tenders that explode with flavor. The unique branding and décor of DHC restaurants provides a fresh spot for people to gather. DHC is blowing up on the West Coast. With no doubt of the same strong demand in the East Coast, we need bold leaders to get the DHC movement started. Must Haves: Humble, hungry and emotionally smart Available to work late nights, weekends and holidays 2 or more years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility A track record of providing exceptional customer service Ability to manage multiple projects at once using time management and organizational skills Ability to successfully train and coach a team being hands-on in operations Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Experience building a team of employees with a people first culture Strong analytical/decision-making skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to develop and implement systems Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment! Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals Develop a team with thorough training and provide a path for growth within the company Uses coaching to improve employee performance. Has authority to fire when coaching is not successful. Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions Establish and build community relations Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program Ensures a safe working environment for customers and the team There is no better time to join the Dave’s Hot Chicken movement!
