Job description::We are looking for an experienced hands-on Java technical lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade banking applications with strong ownership and engineering discipline.Title: Java Full Stack EngineerJob Type: Full time/Contract (12-18 Months)Pay Range: $60-$65/hr on W2Requirements7+ years of experience in Java developmentStrong experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring 5, Hibernate, Spring MVC / Spring BatchExperience in microservices-based architectureStrong experience in Node.js (backend development)Strong experience in Angular (17+)Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills with Oracle and SQL Server; Exadata experience is a plusExperience with REST APIs and GraphQLExposure to AWS servicesExperience with GIT/Bitbucket/SVN and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and ArtifactoryExperience working in Linux/Unix and Windows environmentsExposure to WebLogic Server, performance tuning, and ETL processesKnowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environmentsExperience with Selenium and Cucumber for test automationExposure to reporting tools like MicroStrategy and TableauStrong Agile experience and solid understanding of OOP conceptsMust have experience working in the Banking / Financial Services domainResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end feature design, development, and deliveryEnsure high-quality output with minimal technical debtCollaborate with Product Owners for backlog refinement and estimationGuide and mentor team members in execution and best practicesSupport production issue resolution and operational activitiesEnsure adherence to engineering standards, security, and compliance requirements
