Key Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively within a team while mastering sales and negotiation techniques. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients. Design and present detailed building estimates and feasibility studies. Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals with precision. Maintain extensive technical knowledge of building components and their operational roles. Understand the life cycles and maintenance needs of building components. Gather and compile data, preparing comprehensive reports. Provide technical support to architects, structural engineers, and contractors. Familiarize yourself with construction practices and the operational methods of building firms. Organize resources effectively, establishing clear priorities. Ensure knowledge of relevant building codes, ordinances, and regulations. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements confidently. Make informed decisions regarding administrative and procedural matters. Understand procurement regulations and their applications. Evaluate contract compliance and the quality of products/services. Apply principles of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Experience in Commercial Drywall Construction. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. A strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Team-oriented with a mindset geared towards growth and learning. Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor. Knowledgeable about drywall and ceiling installation labor, materials, and methods. Meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in estimating software, such as Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff. Aptitude for building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
