Internship OpportunityThis internship provides an opportunity to work with the Business Operations team supporting internal departments through the creation of tools, resources, and processes that support our business. Primary responsibilities include managing individual assignments and collaborating in potential group projects to support in-year Business Operations priorities. There are two open positions available; job responsibilities will be divided among the two positions.
Support Sales Process and Tools Content Management:
Manage assigned projects through Asana system and provide weekly updates to leadership
Collaborate with CCO leaders to create/update documentation and or videos (using AI enhanced tools) for Business Operations and CCO sales processes (i.e., Salesforce).
Conducts in-system audits and data clean-up of key systems (i.e., Salesforce, Cornerstone, Air Table)
Testing & Analysis of Sales Support Systems and Processes:
Conduct testing of courses/modules/processes as needed
Utilize AI tools to create tools and workflows to support sales support and sales related programs
Analyze and report findings back to leadership for future enhancements and improvements
Performs other duties as assigned:
Supports Business Operations leadership on ad-hoc projects.
Job Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
4-year college degree in communications, learning & development, marketing, advertising, media, business management degree, or other related field in progress.
Open to students starting their senior year.
3.0+ GPA.
Skills:
Strong organizational / time management skills; detailed oriented.
Collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse customer groups and vendors.
Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and demonstrated flexibility.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations.
Able to complete required math calculations (e.g., multiply, divide, rate, ratio, percent, produce / interpret bar graphs).
Has experience with basic AI/LLM tool usage (i.e., prompt writing, summarizing data, synthesizing key information, and validating AI/LLM outputs)
Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Basic use of any AI/LLM platform (i.e., Copilot, Chat-GPT, Claude, Perplexity).
Proficient in using a PC with Windows operating system.

Physical Demands:
Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Other Requirements:
Internship length varies 10 weeks for Summer; temporary role.
