Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more.Primary PurposeThe E-comm Pick From Store Specialist supports the Fulfillment Solutions Manager in developing and maintaining a strategic vision for the ADUSA E-Commerce Fulfillment model, in alignment with ADUSA's omni-channel strategy. They will do this through offering their expertise and knowledge of business processes and systems. They will provide qualitative and quantitative insights through process or data analysis to support business decisions and recommendations. They will also work closely with IT and Development teams to be a counterpart on the business side for feature enhancements, participating in testing (SIT, UAT) where necessary and act as a liaison between the IT product owners, architects, and/or developers and the business when practical questions need to be answered. Conversely, for the business stakeholders within ADUSA e-commerce operations, they can function as experts and liaisons to IT for questions.Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Duties & Responsibilities Perform data analysis on qualitative and quantitative data, providing insights as needed to support making business decisions Work directly with operators within the brands to understand day-to-day needs and processes within the channelWork directly with IT product owners to gain an intimate knowledge of relevant business systems, and be a thought partner for questions from counterparts within IT, including participating in functional design sessionsParticipate in IT QA processes (SIT, UAT, etc.) and provide the Fulfillment Solutions Manager with appropriate insight to approve business system changes when they are deliveredProvide support to the ADUSA brands in making configuration changes within fulfillment software to support their evolving business needsAssist in managing, processing, and prioritizing feature request intake forms submitted by the ADUSA brands and ADUSA business partnersProvide on site support in operations as needed when new features/enhancements are deployed to retail facilitiesAdditional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.QualificationsBachelor's Degree5+ years hands-on experience within retail operations or e-commerce grocery operationsExperience with the development of IT systems and system enhancementsConducts detailed analysis and can present recommendations to their manager based on data-driven conclusionsData analytics skillsAdvanced Microsoft ExcelProcess DevelopmentOral and written communication skillsPresentation skillsCustomer FocusAttention to detailAnalyticalCommunicatorExperience working with cross-functional teamsStrong financial, quantitative, and analytical abilitiesSystems oriented; Understanding of IT systems and applicationsHighly motivated; independent thinkerME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
