This role plays a critical part in ensuring raw materials are received accurately and efficiently, and finished products are shipped to customers on time.The Warehouse Associate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and may support multiple warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal material movement. This position is ideal for candidates with forklift experience who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a collaborative operations team.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely load, unload, inspect, and stage inbound and outbound shipmentsPull, stage, label, and prepare shipments in accordance with shipping schedulesProcess material requests, returns, and internal transfersOperate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and narrow-aisle equipmentScan and track material movement using warehouse and ERP systemsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and end-of-month inventory countsReconcile inventory discrepancies and assist with stock replenishment as neededTransport raw materials to production areas to support manufacturing operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAdhere to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsCross-train and support other warehouse and distribution functions as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by Leads or ManagementQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredManufacturing or warehouse experience preferredForklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment requiredBasic computer skills; experience with web-based software or ERP systems preferredAbility to analyze problems and maintain attention to detailAbility to follow work instructions and safety procedures, with or without reasonable accommodationTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic and flexibility to support varying operational needsNon-English-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.Physical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to perform essential job functions, including:Lifting up to 50 pounds frequentlyStanding and walking for extended periodsFrequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pullingWorking around forklifts, moving equipment, and industrial machineryWorking ConditionsWarehouse and manufacturing environmentMay require working extended hours, nights, or weekends based on production needsPre-Employment RequirementsAn online pre-employment skills assessmentA drug screeningA criminal background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local lawsPay & Benefits$17.00/hour starting pay$2.00/hour night shift differentialStable, full-time schedulesMedical and retirement benefits available after 90 days of employmentTraining provided with opportunities to learn multiple production operationsSafety-focused, team-based work environment
