What are you waiting for, come join the family!Duties And ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to represent Roof One with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer servicePerform necessary repairs for homeowners as described in the scope of work. Scope of work can include, but is not limited to roofing, gutters, and sidingBe the main point of contact for the customer during the projectEstimate materials and labor required to complete projectsCommunicate with homeowners before, during, and after projectsBe on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotationPrepare and collect invoices once the job is completeLook for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etcFollow all safety proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsValid driver's licensePass a background check and Pre-Employment drug screenPrior Repair Technician experience a plusMilitary service a plusSpanish language a plusCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay range $18- $30 commensurate with experience and commission options availableMedical, vision, and dental insurance availableCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) PlanPTO, Vacation & HolidaysCompany phone and truck provided for work appointmentsAt RoofOne-We build more than roofs.
