Core values include trust, clear communication, and pride in craftsmanship.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Columbus, OH. The Painter will prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls, ceilings, trim, and other substrates. Daily tasks include applying paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, protecting adjacent surfaces with proper masking, and maintaining clean, organized job sites. The role involves reading work orders, following specifications, matching colors, and communicating with team leads or supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. The Painter will also inspect finished work, perform necessary touch-ups, and follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.QualificationsProficiency with Paint and Painting, including surface preparation, color matching, and application techniques.Skills in Painting and Decorating, with attention to detail, clean lines, and a high-quality finish.Experience working with Coatings and Spray Painting, including proper equipment setup, use, and cleanup.Ability to read and follow work orders, project plans, and safety instructions.Strong focus on safety, including proper use of ladders, scaffolding, PPE, and ventilation practices.Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus and Central Ohio and willingness to work full-time hours.Effective communication skills, professional conduct on active job sites, and ability to work well in a team or independently.Prior residential or commercial painting experience preferred; familiarity with drywall repair is a plus.
