We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has a passion for problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a CSR, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience while supporting the final stages of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Partner with the sales team to help guide customers through their purchasing process, providing timely assistance and clear information on products, services, and promotions.
Sales Support: Assist in closing sales by ensuring all customer needs are met and any issues are resolved efficiently.
Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Order Management: Help with order processing, account setup, and maintain accurate sales records in our system.
Relationship Building: Deliver excellent service that builds trust, strengthens relationships, and fosters customer loyalty.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (additional coursework or experience is a plus).
Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail, or sales support is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
