Providing service at the Hotel Concierge DeskProviding guests with area information – dining, land and water activities, transportation, sightseeing, etc.Initiate and follow up with guests’ requests received in person and through other communicationsConfirming guest requests and reservationsBooking guests onto excursionsResearching and providing guests with additional information as requested by the guestCommunicating guest resolutions with appropriate Staff/Departments on propertyAdditional responsibilities as assigned by the Management TeamOther duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or its equivalent from an accredited institution (Preferred) Previous experience in customer service, concierge and/or equivalent work experience a PLUS
