The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions. This role requires expertise in IBM DataStage (or CloudPak for Data), Python, and database technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.Develop and support data integration solutions using IBM DataStage or CloudPak for Data.Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.Document data flows, ETL processes, and technical specifications.Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing data systems.Must Have Skills:5 years of ETL Development experienceProficiency in Python and RExperience with IBM DataStage/CloudpakSoft Skills:Ability to work independentlyValidate requirements with end-usersManage project tasks effectivelyStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent prioritization skills
