Inventory Control Clerk- 1st Shift

Join us and be part of something bigger helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.A Brief Overview of What You Will Do:Shift: Monday- Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMReconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain stock levels and communicate variances to teams.Process and coordinate returns, recalls, and product withdrawals through an internal system.Conduct cycle counts for all inventory as assigned by the system or supervisor.Operate turret trucks, cherry pickers, or other mobile-powered equipment safely and responsibly once trained, including staging pallets and loading trucks.Handle damaged stock and repair items for restocking when possible.Measure and prepare new inventory, correct sizing discrepancies, and optimize placement for efficiency.Assist receiving with exception management, vendor communication, and oversight of the exceptions area.Collaborate with partners to ensure timely sizing, billing, and shipping of seasonal inventory.Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Prior Relevant Work Experience:0-6 yearsEssential Qualifications:Physical demands:Frequently lift 20 to 50 pounds.Occasionally lift 75lbs.Frequent bending, reaching and stooping.Constant walking, standing, lifting, pulling and climbing stairs.Work environment: Warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changeAbility to read, write, and count accurately.Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.Comfortable working on a computer or tablet.Ability to work overtime and/or flexible hours if needed.Open to performing other duties assigned by leadership.Understanding of distribution center operations.Preferred Qualifications:Problem solving and decision-making skills.Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.Comfortable working with Excel and running reports.Experience working with a web-based WMS system.Inventory or Quality Control Experience in a Distribution Center.Past vehicle experience on a Double Reach truck.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
