(No C2C)Visa: Green Card, US Citizens (Only USA Applicants)Role : Senior Network Project ManagerLocation : Baskin Ridge, NJ,USA.Experience: 10+YrsJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Network Project Manager with a strong telecom and technical background to lead complex network transformation and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive execution, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of telecom/network programs with high operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple concurrent telecom, network, and IT infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, business stakeholders, and client teams to track dependencies and execution progress Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone schedules, RAID logs, and governance documentation Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status presentations Drive issue resolution, escalation management, risk mitigation, and decision tracking across programs Monitor project delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives Work closely with telecom/network engineering teams on network upgrades, integrations, migrations, and deployment activities Demonstrate understanding of telecom architecture including access, core, and transport networks, signaling, and call flows Analyze telecom and network KPIs such as traffic trends, latency, packet loss, jitter, utilization, and call drop metrics Collaborate with OSS/BSS and operations teams to ensure network performance, stability, and service reliability Support initiatives involving packet brokers, core network elements, virtualization, and cloud-based network environments Ensure effective stakeholder communication through dashboards, reports, and leadership updates Manage vendor deliverables, track dependencies, and ensure alignment with program objectives Apply strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, servers, and infrastructure technologies to support project execution Promote operational excellence, process improvements, and adherence to project governance standards Required Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in Project/Program Management within Telecom or Network Infrastructure environments Strong understanding of telecom technologies, network operations, and infrastructure delivery Experience managing large-scale cross-functional technical programs Knowledge of networking concepts including routing, switching, packet loss, latency, and traffic management Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems, cloud networking, and virtualized environments Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.Please forward your resume and contact details to sahithi_s@surgetechinc.com/ krithik_r@surgetechinc.com or can call on 832-990-644
