The successful candidate will be the strategic and operational leader, ensuring the execution of the Hope House model with a focus on superior program outcomes and alignment with the company's mission and values. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, safeguarding program integrity, and positioning the Hope Houses as a national model of excellence in serving youth with complex needs. The Vice President will be responsible for statewide program operations, compliance, performance management, staff development, and financial stewardship, while also cultivating strong community, stakeholder, and licensing relationships. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field, hold a clinical license, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in human services with a progressive leadership background. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to lead diverse teams, strong strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in leading large-scale initiatives, managing complex budgets, and working with state child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems is essential.
