Schedule: Monday – FridayOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to support operational and performance analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly skilled data professional who can work independently, transform complex datasets into actionable insights, and deliver impactful data visualizations to cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or SpotfireImport, cleanse, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistencyAnalyze trends, correlations, and performance drivers to support business decision-makingPresent insights through clear visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards)Collaborate with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to translate business needs into analytical solutionsEnsure data integrity and deliver high-quality, reliable outputsRequired QualificationsStrong experience with Power BI and/or Spotfire for dashboard development and reportingAdvanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating dataProven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insightsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsExperience with DatabricksWorking knowledge of PythonExperience with Upstream Oil & Gas, Drilling, or Completions dataAdditional InformationCandidates will be required to demonstrate technical skills during the interview processThis role requires a hands-on, highly capable analyst comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
