Location: Hybrid – Bridgewater, NJ area (3 days onsite)Employment Type: Contract-to-HireContract Duration: Long-term engagement (approx. 24 months) Travel: Occasional travel may be requiredA global life sciences organization is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on designing and implementing Order-to-Cash processes as part of a large-scale ERP modernization program.This opportunity is ideal for someone who has led multiple SAP implementations and has strong experience within pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.What You'll DoLead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD solutionsDrive the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process including sales orders, delivery, billing, and returnsPartner with business and IT stakeholders to translate commercial requirements into SAP solutionsSupport integrations with finance, supply chain, and external distribution partnersWork closely with global teams and implementation partners on deployment and rolloutWhat We're Looking For15+ years of SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP SDMultiple full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred)Strong Order-to-Cash process expertisePharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience requiredProven ability to lead functional design and implementation effortsAdditional DetailsHybrid work schedule (3 days onsite in the Bridgewater, NJ area)Long-term program with potential to convert to full-time
