Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision in assigned area.+ Documentpatient care journeys and essential observations accurately, ensuring high-quality and complete medical records for the care team.+ Supportpatients with essential personal care and activities of daily living to maintain their comfort and promote a sense of dignity.+ Communicateany crucial changes in a patient's physical, mental, or emotional status to the nursing staff, enabling immediate and timely clinical intervention.+ Maintaina safe, clean, and organized patient care environment, including room tidiness and ensuring medical equipment is ready to support efficient care delivery.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
