Plaintiff's Habitability & Tenant's Rights Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Plaintiff-Side Habitability Attorney to join our litigation team. Note: This is a Plaintiff-side only position. Plaintiff-side experience a plus but not necessary. Key ResponsibilitiesLitigation Leadership: Manage a high-volume caseload of habitability and landlord-tenant claims from inception through resolution.Full-Phase Advocacy: Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints, navigating complex discovery, conducting/defending depositions, and preparing for trial.Strategic Counsel: Conduct client intakes, evaluate the merits of potential claims, and provide strategic legal advice to plaintiffs.Motion Practice: Draft and argue critical legal documents, including motions to strike, demurrers, and discovery motions.Negotiation & Trial: Represent plaintiffs in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations, maintaining a fierce commitment to maximizing client recovery.QualificationsLicensure: J.D. and an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.Direct Experience: Proven experience specifically in habitability litigation representing plaintiffs or defendants.
