Account Executive II
A company is looking for an Account Executive II to manage customer relationships and retention strategies for Small/Medium Business clients in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strong relationships
Align products and services with customer needs, negotiate and renew service agreements to maximize profits
Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and resolve customer escalations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
1 year of relevant experience or 5 years of business-to-business account management
Experience with consultative selling and negotiation skills
Familiarity with sales productivity software tools like Salesforce.com
Ability to work in a professional office environment and use standard office equipment
