Title: Global Payroll Director Location: Houton, Texas Duration: Permanent Hire Compensation: $180,000 to $200,000 Work Requirements: US CitizenSkillset / Experience:Global Payroll Director The Payroll Director oversees the organization's global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across all countries of operation. The role leads the development of standardized payroll policies, controls, and systems while partnering with Finance, HR, Benefits, and Global Mobility to support a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the global payroll teamPartner with the VP of Financial Shared Services to define priorities and organizational structureBuild strong relationships with leadership across Finance, HR, IT, and Global Mobility Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulationsManage payroll tax compliance and regulatory reportingOversee expat payroll considerations and international statutory requirements Oversee multi-country payroll processing across 65+ countriesEnsure accurate and timely payroll cycles, off-cycle payments, and year-end reportingManage complex compensation elements including bonuses, equity, and commissions Lead payroll system strategy and improvementsOversee platforms such as Dayforce and CloudPayManage integrations with Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion GL Oversee payroll accounting, GL postings, accruals, and reconciliationsCoordinate payroll funding with TreasurySupport month-end and year-end close processes Manage global payroll vendors and service providersDefine KPIs, SLAs, and performance metricsOversee internal controls, audits, and compliance testing Requirements15+ years of financial/payroll leadership experience10+ years in senior managementExtensive international payroll expertiseStrong experience with global payroll systemsAdvanced Excel and Power BIBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPP preferred About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
