A proactive team member eager to participate in sales promotions and community projects. What Youll DoMaintain a high level of understanding of all products and services provided by the Bank. Provide exceptional service quality by developing interpersonal relationships with customers. Meet customer needs through effective problem-solving techniques as required. Sell and refer Bank products and services, actively participating in sales promotions. Perform all banking transactions, including opening accounts and processing various payments. Act as a teller, handling financial transactions with customers and balancing a cash drawer. Understand and adhere to security, compliance, and Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures. Participate in community projects and accept additional duties as assigned by management. What Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of two years retail banking experience or retail sales and service experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General personal computer knowledge, with prior experience in banking applications preferred. Ability to handle multiple priorities and strong attention to detail. Sales and service-oriented personality.
