This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with direct client care coverage when urgent staffing needs arise. The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is organized, responsive, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced or time-sensitive situations.Primary ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office SupportAssist with daily office operations including scheduling, phone and email communication, and documentationCoordinate caregiver schedules and help resolve staffing gapsMaintain accurate records, reports, and client/caregiver informationSupport management with administrative tasks as neededWork a combination of in-office and remote daysOn-Call & Caregiving ResponsibilitiesBe available for after-hours and one weekend day per week for on-call supportRespond promptly to emergency staffing needs and last-minute call-outsProvide direct caregiving services when required, following established care plans and protocolsRequired QualificationsActive CNA licenseCPR, FIRST AID or BLSTB testPrevious hands-on caregiving experienceStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsDependable, flexible, and responsiveReliable transportation for shift coverageCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceConsistent full-time hoursHybrid work flexibilityMileage ReimbursementThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
