Job Description Role: Java Backend Lead Developer WITH AI EXPERIENCE Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka Mandatory Skill: Spring Batch, Angular Location: ONLY Austin, TX – 3 days a week, Day one onsite. Job Description:Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.     Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.     Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects.Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.      MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).      Good Communication.       100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)Flexible work from home options available.
