Underwriting Associate - Direct Lending

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage in all aspects of due diligence and business analysis to develop and refine investment thesesModeling, valuation, and structuring of potential investment opportunitiesIdentify key credit merits and risksPrepare detailed investment committee memorandaSupport credit documentation and closing processesManage and monitor existing portfolio investmentsQualificationsPrior experience in investment banking, management consulting, transaction services, or valuation, preferably with leveraged finance or credit exposureStrong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skillsPassion for fundamental credit investingOutstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to self-direct and form independent judgmentsStrong academic backgroundCompensation & BenefitsTarget compensation approx. $250k total cash
