Confers formally and informally with other team members in coordinating the total rehabilitation program of the guest.QualificationsCurrent SLP license through the OR State Board of Speech Language Pathology required.A minimum of 2 years ST experience preferred.A minimum of 1 year Home Health ST experience preferred.Wellsky/Kinnser experience preferred.Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements. 100% travel required.Benefits Comprehensive benefits coverage including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays, with 401(k) with match.
