At least one year of experience in human resources preferred. Experience in healthcare credentialing preferred. Knowledge of legal requirements affecting credentialing and human resources functions preferred. Experience working in human resource information system preferred.Skills: Computer skills required. Excellent organization and follow-up skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality required. Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high stress and changing priorities required. Valid drivers’ license and insurance required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, use vision, stand, sit and be mobile. The employee will use hands to finger, handle or feel. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day.
