Assembler (UL 508A Control Panel Build) Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday Training Schedule: First 2 weeks, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $16.50/hour Position Summary OnTrack Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to support the build of UL 508A control panels, box builds, and subassemblies. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, fully integrated electrical solutions by supporting the complete assembly process—from component preparation through final assembly and inspection. Key Responsibilities Perform wiring tasks including cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and routing wires according to specifications and schematics Assemble control panels, subassemblies, and box builds in accordance with UL 508A standards and company requirements Utilize hand and power tools such as wire strippers, drills, screwdrivers, and torque tools to complete assemblies Conduct quality checks, including continuity testing and visual inspections, to ensure all builds meet required standards Identify and troubleshoot assembly or wiring issues; communicate effectively with supervisors and engineering teams as needed Ensure all production work meets established timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing completed products for shipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous assembly or electrical wiring experience preferred, especially in panel building or manufacturing environments Ability to read and interpret basic wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Work Environment Manufacturing/production setting Requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks Must follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Pay: $16.50 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
