Job title: Generative AI Technical Product ManagerLocation: Plano, TX (Hybrid 3 days)Duration: 12+ monthsTravel: 10% domestically in US for work and product demonstrations.Job DescriptionWhat we're looking forEnterprise Artificial Intelligence (EAI) is looking for a passionate and highly motivated AI Technical Product Manager (TPM).The primary responsibility of this role is to operate as a TPM for Generative Artificial Intelligence with regards to technology and processes.Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Artificial Intelligence department's objective to experiment, prototype, and deploy generative AI solutions that provide business value across the enterprise.What You'll Be DoingFacilitate roadmap planning, goal setting, and launch timelines for generative model developmentDrive technical projects from conception through launch, managing cross-functional teamsIdentify risks, dependencies, and resource needs for generative AI initiativesMonitor progress, milestones, and deliverables across multiple generative model workflowsCollaborate closely with researchers and engineers to balance pace of innovation with product reliabilityCommunicate technical details and tradeoffs effectively to senior leadershipManage processes around model evaluation, testing, monitoring, and responsible AI practicesBe a bridge builder across technology, product, and operations teamsOversee development and deployment of generative AI models.Provide input in new methods for training generative AI models on large datasets.Keeping up-to-speed on the fast pace of growth in Generative AIDeveloping knowledge of the business unit / area that we are implementing Generative AI solutionsUnderstanding and formulating the problem with non-technical groupsExplaining proposed/developed solution to partners and non-technical groupsMaintaining relationships with partnering groups to achieve quick review/decision-making for potential solutionsSmooth handover of developed Generative AI solutions to implement, operationalize, and scaleRequirementsQualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) Highlight Top 3-5 skills1-2+ years technical product management or AI/ML engineering experience, ideally with artificial intelligence and/or machine learning products1-3+ years of IT/Tech industry experienceTechnical background in AI/ML with good understanding of generative modelsAbility to decompose complex projects and facilitate executionStrong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset and comfort with ambiguity and bias for actionExperience operating collaboratively within cross-functional teamsPassion for generative AI and its potential to benefit peopleAdded Bonus If You Have (Preferred)In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will also be able to:Work with researchers to identify and develop new research directions in generative AI.Understand technical documentation and communicate to business owners and users.Present generative AI work to technical and non-technical audiences.
