Supervisor Student Support Personnel and MTSS-B

This position provides leadership and advocacy for the district's behavioral, social-emotional, and student wellness programs. This position will focus on the direct supervision and development of student support personnel, including social workers and behaviorists, to ensure a cohesive MTSS-B framework. This role acts as the primary liaison between Teaching & Learning and Learner Support Services to align behavioral interventions (Catalyst/BARR) and support services for families in transition.Provides primary administrative support in the areas of student support programming and MTSS-BProvides leadership and collaboration for community outreach and student wellness programsProvides leadership in the area of staff development in student support services and MTSS-BEducation and Experience:Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or a related field.Valid K-12 Administrative Licensure or the ability to obtain.Valid Minnesota K-12 teaching license or related services license (e.g., School Social Worker, psychologist, counseling)Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in a Pre-K- 12 setting in a teaching or related service provider role.Preferred Experience:Experience as a principal or supervisor in a K-12 settingEvidence of 3-5 years of experience working with instructional technology.Evidence of 3-5 years of experience leading behavioral or social-emotional systems.Detailed Supervisor Student Peronnel Job Description2024-2026 Supervisor Master AgreementPay range based on 2025-26 schedule
